USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you post on Engine Block — your builds, forum posts, photos, and profile information remain yours. By posting content, you grant Engine Block a non-exclusive licence to display and share that content on the platform.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your build information, parts listings, and any photos you upload. By uploading photos you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them. Engine Block does not verify the accuracy or ownership of user-submitted content.
When you include a link to a part or product in your build, you confirm that the link is legitimate and directs to a genuine product page. Engine Block is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of any externally linked content.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Build listings on Engine Block may contain links to third-party websites provided by users. Engine Block does not endorse or verify these links and is not responsible for any content, products, or services found on external sites. All purchases or interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and that site.
MODERATION AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Engine Block reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice. We may also remove content at our discretion if it is deemed harmful to the community. An automatic word filter is in place to block prohibited language — attempting to bypass this filter is a violation of these terms.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your public content may remain visible until manually removed by an administrator.
BUG REPORTS AND FEEDBACK
By submitting a bug report you grant Engine Block permission to use the information provided, including any screenshots, solely for the purpose of diagnosing and fixing issues with the platform. Bug report data is not shared publicly and is only visible to administrators.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Engine Block is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that content will be accurate or complete. Use the platform at your own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Engine Block shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on user-submitted content, build information, or links to external websites.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
